REX Wellness Center of Raleigh
Open since 1986, REX Wellness Center of Raleigh is Wake County's most comprehensive, medically supervised health and wellness center. Located on the main UNC REX Healthcare campus in Raleigh, the center is convenient, accessible and features an indoor track for year-round walking and jogging.
Reception
This bright lobby welcomes you to Rex Wellness of Raleigh, where staff members are ready to assist you with towels, pro shop items and membership questions.
General Exercise Area
An indoor walking track surrounds our main exercise floor. This area is filled with cardiovascular and strength training machines as well as free weights.
Aquatics Area
Our Aquatics Area features a hot tub, sauna, steam room and heated lap pool.
Group Fitness Studio
Our large multi-purpose group exercise studio is home to a variety of classes including Cycling, Kickboxing, and Zumba.
Locker Rooms
Our men's and women's locker rooms offer a clean and comfortable place to change, shower and store your belongings.
