High-Risk Pregnancy Care
If you’re experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, take comfort in the care and support you’ll receive from the maternal-fetal medicine specialists, surgeons, nurses, sonographers, and genetic counselors at UNC Rex Healthcare.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
If needed, after birth your baby will get high-quality care from neonatal specialists in our Level IV, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Specialized & Emergency Maternity Services
If you need fast care and assessment or emergency services during your pregnancy or labor and delivery, our OB hospitalists and OB emergency department is readily available within the Women’s Center. Our OB hospitalists treat patients as early as 16 weeks into their pregnancy. Your OB hospitalist and emergency services team also will coordinate care with your OB/GYN.
