Should you have a concern about patient care or safety at any one of our locations, please share it with us right away. We will respond as quickly as possible and work to address your concern.
Please direct your complaints/grievances to the staff delivering your care, the department management, or contact the UNC REX Patient Relations Department. Our office hours are 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
