Rex Breast Care Specialists Welcomes Breast Surgeon Dr. Barbara Dull

Expanding Team of Surgeons Offer a Wide Range of Experience and Expertise for Breast Patients

RALEIGH, N.C. – Rex Breast Care Specialists, a clinic focused on surgical treatments for breast cancer and other breast disease, is pleased to welcome Dr. Barbara Dull as the newest member of its team.

“Dr. Dull has great enthusiasm and her expertise in breast care will broaden our ability to care for our community’s breast health care needs,” said Dr. David Eddleman, Medical Director of the Rex Breast Care Specialists.

Rex Breast Care Specialists opened earlier this year and has quickly earned a reputation as the go-to breast surgery clinic in Wake County. It is located in the same building as the Rex Breast Care Center, at 3100 Duraleigh Road, Suite 205, Raleigh -- just down the street from the main Rex Hospital campus.

Dr. Dull will work closely with the clinic’s other surgeons, including Dr. Eddleman, Dr. Rachel Jendro and Dr. Nancy Crowley, who joined the team in April. The surgeons also collaborate with other experts who provide compassionate and exceptional care with the Rex Comprehensive Breast Program, including pathologists, radiologists, nurse navigators, social workers, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists.

“I’m looking forward to my new role here and working with such a seasoned team of physicians dedicated to breast care,” Dr. Dull said.

Dr. Dull earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Piscataway, N.J. She completed her general surgery residency and served as a post-doctorate research fellow at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Most recently, she completed a Breast Surgery Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
