Acute Care Therapy Services

Our highly trained and experienced team members at UNC REX are available to assist you with your physical, occupational and speech therapy needs during your stay inside UNC Rex Hospital.

During your hospitalization you may need to work with one or more of our rehabilitation specialists to assist in your recovery. We will work in conjunction with other members of the medical team in order to help you achieve your maximum functional ability while here. We can also assist in making recommendations for follow up therapy, if your needs are predicted to extend beyond your hospital stay.

Our therapists work with patients of many diagnosis throughout every unit in the hospital. Whatever your reason for being in the hospital, we can assist with your rehabilitation needs.
