Education Requirements
All nurses hired at UNC Health Rex on or after Jan. 6, 2014, who do not hold a baccalaureate or master degree with a major in Nursing, must enroll in an accredited baccalaureate or master degree with a major in Nursing program within four years of the first day of employment and complete the program within seven years of the first day of employment. Adherence to this policy is a condition of continued employment.
