Tandoori Chicken

This flavorful chicken dish requires some prep work to allow the chicken to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds raw chicken meat
  2. ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. ¼ cup sour cream
  4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  5. 1, 1” fresh ginger, minced
  6. ½ fresh lemon, juiced
  7. ½ teaspoon toasted ground cumin
  8. ½ teaspoon red chili powder or ground cayenne
  9. ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  10. ½ teaspoon garam masala
  11. 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
  12. 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350o.
  • Place chicken pieces in baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
