North Carolina Heart & Vascular in Raleigh is located near I-440, close to the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and Lake Boone Trail. As a leading cardiology practice made up of board-certified cardiologists and cardiology-focused physician assistants and nurse practitioners, we are dedicated to you and your heart. Our Raleigh office is one of 17 North Carolina Heart & Vascular locations with privileges at nine hospitals throughout central and eastern North Carolina. Keeping care convenient and local is a priority. When possible, all exams, tests and procedures are done in the office and hospital location most convenient for each patient. When patients need more specialized care, our partnership with UNC REX Hospital provides access to the latest technology and treatment options conveniently located off I-40, I-440 and US-1 in Raleigh.

Lifestyle Medicine Clinic  

If you have a heart condition, are currently being treated for hypertension, dyslipidemia, or diabetes, have a history of tobacco abuse, or a family history of coronary artery disease and are interested in exploring lifestyle changes that may help reduce the medications you take or the tests you need, contact the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. We work with you and your physician to address six areas of your lifestyle.

Our experienced cardiologists and staff in Raleigh, N.C. specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. As patient advocates, we focus on your needs by being available in the office and on the phone and by getting to know you as a person. As a team, we are focused on getting you the right help, right when you need it and providing relevant information to ensure you and your other physicians fully understand your diagnosis and heart-health plan. Also, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow adequate time for the registration process.
