If your urgent care visit requires an X-ray or labs to diagnose your condition, you’ll appreciate the convenience of our on-site X-ray and lab. Rapid tests such as flu, strep, mono and COVID conveniently provide results during your urgent care visit. Bloodwork services are not offered. All urgent care services are based on an evaluation by a provider.

COVID-19 Testing

UNC Urgent Care has COVID-19 diagnostic testing available, including rapid testing. Testing requires a provider evaluation and generally is appropriate for individuals who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Our providers will determine if COVID testing is right for you. The COVID-19 diagnostic tests check for a current infection by detecting the genetic material of the virus in respiratory secretions. Separate billing applies.

Our holiday hours are 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. On holidays, patient must be checked in by 3:30 PM to be seen. We are closed Christmas Day.
