This is a healing environment. Our teammates have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. Abuse of teammates, members or guests will not be tolerated.
- EXAMPLES OF ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR INCLUDE:
- Harassment or intimidation
- Unwelcome or harmful physical contact or sexual advances
- Verbal threats or hostility including hate speech
- Any actions or speech that disrupt our ability to care for the people of North Carolina
Please note:
- No weapons (including guns or knives) are permitted on campus for everyone’s safety.
- No unauthorized videotaping on wellness center property.
- Incidents may result in removal from this facility and prosecution.
Incidents that occur in our fitness centers are treated with the utmost seriousness, ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and staff. When an incident is reported to our teammates, they promptly take action. First, they complete an incident report, documenting all relevant information. Subsequently, this information is immediately shared with the management team, who take charge of the situation. Management will then conduct a thorough investigation which includes following up with the parties involved, reviewing any available video footage, and other pertinent evidence. These steps underscore our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone in our fitness centers.
