Each REX Wellness Center location features a pro-shop with a variety of fitness items for sale.
Each REX Wellness Center location features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training exercise equipment, group exercise and private personal training studios, cycling studios indoor pools, steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, and locker rooms.
Massage
Enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience and improve your overall health and well-being with a massage from the REX Wellness Centers.
Mobile App
Designed exclusively for REX Wellness Center members, our custom app will help you manage your workout schedules and allow you to collect points for rewards. The app also includes maps and contact information for all REX Wellness Center locations. The app is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Nutrition Consultations
Whether you’re interested in weight loss, improving a medical condition with diet, sports nutrition or just want to learn about healthy eating, our nutrition consultations can create an individualized plan for you.
Personal Training
Our personal training programs are designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely through personalized, one-on-one training with our nationally accredited personal trainers.
